Agreement and Use of CabPoint
These Terms and Conditions apply when you access CabPoint services, request a quote, make a booking, contact us through phone, WhatsApp, email or use the CabPoint website. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms and provide accurate information needed to arrange your journey.
Eligibility and Service Availability
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, driver availability and applicable local transport rules. CabPoint may accept or decline a booking when a requested service cannot be arranged safely or legally.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is treated as confirmed only after CabPoint communicates confirmation through an agreed contact method. A quote or enquiry alone does not guarantee vehicle availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide correct pickup, drop, date, time, passenger count and contact details. Any change in route, timing, passenger count or vehicle requirement may affect availability and fare.
Fares and Additional Charges
Displayed or quoted fares may be starting prices. Final charges can vary based on route, distance, vehicle type, waiting time, parking, tolls, state taxes, permits, night charges or additional stops where applicable.
Driver and Vehicle Allocation
CabPoint may assign a suitable vehicle or driver based on availability. Where necessary, an equivalent vehicle may be arranged if the originally planned vehicle becomes unavailable.
Delays Route Changes and Force Majeure
Travel time may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, public events, breakdowns, government restrictions or other events outside reasonable control. CabPoint will make reasonable efforts to support the journey but cannot guarantee exact travel time in such situations.
Complaints and Support
Customers should report booking or service concerns as soon as possible using the contact details on this website so that CabPoint can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
Bookings Payments and Responsibilities
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the CabPoint Cancellation Policy. Charges may depend on booking type, vehicle arrangement, time remaining before pickup and costs already committed for the trip.
Prohibited Conduct
Passengers must not use CabPoint services for unlawful activity, damage a vehicle, threaten a driver, carry prohibited goods or behave in a way that creates a safety risk. Service may be refused or ended when safety or legal compliance is at risk.
Lost Property
Customers should check their belongings before leaving the vehicle. CabPoint may assist with reasonable efforts to locate reported items but cannot guarantee recovery of lost property.
Intellectual Property
The CabPoint name, website content, branding, graphics and original materials may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission, except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CabPoint is not responsible for indirect losses caused by delays, missed connections, customer-provided incorrect information or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third Party Services
Some journeys or payment-related services may involve third-party providers. Their separate terms may apply where clearly communicated.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the CabPoint Privacy Policy and is used for booking, communication, service delivery, safety, support and legal compliance.
